I woke up this morning in Miramar, Florida — my first time here. Although it’s completely different from the misty mountains of Tennessee, it carries its own peace. Devin and I had our morning coffee at home, as we usually do, sharing one of our deep conversations before moving to the downstairs patio. The space is surrounded by vibrant flowers that bees and butterflies seem to adore — they danced around us as if celebrating the morning.
Now, as Devin makes lunch, I’m sitting here doing homework and feeling the urge to write something into the world. This trip has been about transformation in more ways than one — and I know that theme will continue to develop as we go.
On our drive in, a crow caught my attention. It was standing on the side of the road with another crow and, as we approached, it playfully hopped onto the road, spun in a full circle, and darted back. (No crow was harmed, thankfully!) The moment made me smile — it felt lighthearted yet meaningful, as if it carried a message.
Crows are often seen as symbols of transformation, intelligence, and spiritual guidance. Depending on the culture, they can represent both good and bad omens, but in this moment, I felt only peace. It reminded me that, no matter where I am or what uncertainty lies ahead, I am guided and protected. Over these past twenty days, I’ve had to adapt and grow at every turn. Even when the outcome is unclear, I’m learning to trust that I’m being led exactly where I need to be.
As another sign, a beautiful yellow ladybug landed on my windshield as we arrived in Miramar — another gentle nudge from the universe. Ladybugs symbolize good luck, new beginnings, and faith in life’s unfolding.
We only ever see small portions of the bigger picture, but the choices we make each day shape who we become. Growth and new beginnings go hand in hand — both ask us to trust, evolve, and believe that each step forward brings us closer to who we’re meant to be.

Now I ask you, what signs have you noticed recently that remind you to trust your own growth?
